New features in ContactsBook.Asia you might have missed
We have added features our clients request most often to our Spokesperson Management Platform ContactsBook.Asia.
Log in as “Expert” and navigate to "Guests" to see answers to the following:
- “When does my spokesperson’s media license expire?” – This is now shown on the dashboard for easier reference.
- “Are my spokespeople ready to appear in the media?” – I provide a rating of each participant, and the media I deem them to be ready for, after each workshop.
- “How can I suspend a spokesperson from the platform?” – Just check the blue tick in the dashboard.
Click the “eye” icon to view details of each spokesperson to find answers to these questions:
- “Where can I find the media license certificate?” – We run the media licensing programs for a number of our clients, and our certificates are sought by compliance departments to ensure spokespeople are still authorised. The links to these are now added. Don’t forget our media licenses expire after three years.
- “What was my spokesperson’s feedback on the workshop?” – Verbatim comments (both what they liked and areas for improvement) are now displayed here, along with their self-assessment. By asking each participant to give themselves a rating of their media/public speaking skills before and after the workshop you can now get an accurate quantitative rating.
- “Where can I find the training videos from the workshop?” – The link to these are now also contained in the platform.
- “Why do you collect information pertaining to gender and language skills?” – Many of our journalist members have quotas for the number of female guests on their programs, plus various language skills. Please update these, or ask your spokesperson to do so through the feedback platform.
